Our Policies
At Jhinha Jewellers, we take utmost care to deliver quality gold and silver jewellery to our customers. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, customers must share a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package, without any cuts or edits.
Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with the invoice and any certificates provided. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of precious jewellery, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
